Slippair (“we”) provides flight-deal alerts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Email address — when you sign up for alerts, with a timestamped record of your consent.
- Home airport / preferences — if you choose to provide them, to match deals near you.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
What we do with it
- Send you the deal alerts and emails you opted into.
- Operate your membership and billing.
- Improve the service (aggregate, non-identifying analysis).
What we never do
- Sell or rent your personal information.
- Email you without recorded consent.
- Make it hard to leave — unsubscribe is one click, cancellation is one click.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@slippair.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
Data processors
We use Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
