The service
Slippair curates and sends flight-deal alerts. We find fares, verify them at the time of sending, and show our math. We are not a travel agency and do not sell tickets — bookings happen directly with airlines or booking sites.
Fares change — sometimes fast
Airfares can change or sell out at any moment, including between our verification and your click. A deal being unavailable when you reach the airline is not grounds for refund of a booking you made elsewhere, and we cannot guarantee any specific fare's availability.
Mistake fares
Occasionally we may flag an airline pricing error as bonus content, clearly labeled. Airlines may cancel mistake-fare bookings, and the U.S. Department of Transportation does not require them to be honored. Book mistake fares at your own risk, and never make non-refundable plans until the ticket is confirmed.
Billing — the clean version
- We email you before any renewal charge. No surprise renewals.
- Cancellation is one click from your account or billing email.
- First 30 days not useful? Full refund, no forms: support@slippair.com.
- Renewal charges are refundable for 30 days, no questions asked.
Founding memberships
Founding memberships (limited to the first 250 members) carry these terms: your price is guaranteed not to increase for three (3) years from your initial purchase; after that period, you receive a permanent 15% discount off the then-current standard annual rate for as long as your membership remains active. Founding members also receive a founder badge in Slippair member spaces (removable on request) and first access to future membership tiers when they launch.
Affiliate disclosure
Some booking links may earn Slippair a commission at no cost to you. Commissions never determine which deals we send or how we rank them.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slippair's total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
